This interactive project timeline provides a visual roadmap of the Service Model & Infrastructure Strategy Assessment for the College of Southern Nevada. Hosted in ClickUp, this view outlines major phases, key activities, and critical milestones over the 12-week engagement.

Each phase builds upon the insights and outcomes of the previous one, creating a cohesive and strategic path toward final recommendations and roadmap activation.

Phases of the Engagement

๐Ÿ” Phase 1: Discovery (Weeks 1โ€“5)

In this phase, Beyond Academics conducts deep-dive analysis of CSNโ€™s current IT service delivery landscape. Activities include:

  • Review of organizational documents and vendor contracts

  • ThinkSpace ideation sessions with students, faculty, staff, and IT stakeholders

  • Leadership interviews to understand vision, priorities, and strategic constraints

โœ๏ธ Phase 2: Design (Weeks 6โ€“9)

Insights are synthesized and benchmarked against peer institutions. We co-develop:

  • A balanced scorecard to evaluate future service delivery models

  • Strategic recommendations for IT staffing and infrastructure

  • A high-level implementation roadmap

๐Ÿš€ Phase 3: Delivery (Weeks 10โ€“12)

Findings are reviewed, refined, and prepared for implementation. Key actions include:

  • Stakeholder review and feedback sessions

  • An in-person Activation Workshop

  • Finalization and presentation of the strategic roadmap and change management guidance
