Project Overview

Beyond Academics continues its work on the CSN Service Model & Infrastructure Strategy Assessment with momentum carrying forward into the second half of Phase 1. The team is executing the in-person ThinkSpace sessions for students, faculty, and staff, while also completing all 1:1 leadership interviews. These engagements mark a critical milestone in stakeholder discovery.

As of now, all logistics-related tasks and major planning components have been completed. The project will be shifting focus to data synthesis, benchmarking, and scorecard development. No active risks or blockers have been identified. Several “To Do” tasks—such as benchmarking comparisons and roadmap drafting—are queued up for Phase 2.
