Project Overview
The past two weeks were focused on moving multiple critical deliverables into the revision phase, informed by executive feedback. The team responded to leadership input on initial drafts, set clear action plans for upcoming presentations, and began preparing new work such as the CRM Technology Assessment Proposal. Several milestone tasks are now marked as complete, while revision of key final deliverables is underway to ensure readiness for senior leadership review and activation workshops.
What Has Been Accomplished So Far
Key Achievements and Goals
Initial Drafts Delivered: Major deliverables—including IT staffing and network strategy recommendations, scorecard development, data analysis and benchmarking, detailed-level IT governance framework recommendation, GreyMatter Insights — were drafted, presented to CSN leadership (Rolando), and feedback has been received.
Completed Milestones: Tasks for the development and initial review of these deliverables were marked complete, allowing the project to transition smoothly into revisions and finalization.
Executive Leadership Presentation Scheduled: The Executive Leadership Presentation is confirmed for August 26, 2025. Team members are finalizing materials and planning logistics.
Incorporating Feedback: The Revise the deliverables based on Rolando's feedback task officially moved to "in progress," with revision work and proofing underway. Updates are being coordinated with the wider team to ensure all leadership input is aligned for upcoming workshops.

Presentation to Executive Leadership: Confirm presentation content and logistics for the August 26 session.
Concerns and Blockers
Revisions Required: Several core deliverables depend on timely feedback incorporation and proofreading before being finalized for the workshop.
CRM Assessment Procurement Clarification: Awaiting confirmation from CSN procurement on potential vendor conflict-of-interest rules for the new CRM proposal.
